Coordination and collaboration within the network
Throughout 2025, CeCOCe-Vest participated in working meetings dedicated to coordinating the activities of the projects within the network, during which topics such as the implementation of activities, reporting of indicators, administrative challenges, and beneficiary involvement were addressed. At the same time, these meetings established frameworks for collaboration in organizing joint events, promoting the network’s activities, and developing mobility and experience exchange schemes between centers.
Exchange of best practices and interinstitutional collaboration
Activities in 2025 included numerous exchanges of best practices between CeCOCe-Vest and other regional research career guidance centers. Representatives of the center participated in meetings and working visits to:
- The Regional Center for Research Career Guidance – South-West Oltenia Region (CROC), Craiova;
- South-East Regional Center for Research Career Guidance – AD AUGUSTA, Ovidius University of Constanța; UBB-CORE – North-West Regional Center for Research Career Guidance, Cluj-Napoca;
- SciResCareer – Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Center.
These collaborations facilitated the transfer of experience regarding the implementation of activities, the management of relations with beneficiaries, and reporting to the National Research Authority. At the same time, steps were taken to sign cooperation protocols with the aim of continuing joint activities during the sustainability period of the projects.
Joint events and dissemination activities
A central element of the activities carried out in 2025 was the organization of joint events to promote the activities of the network of centers. These meetings aimed to promote research career guidance services and discuss the challenges encountered in implementing the projects, including issues related to the application of feedback questionnaires, the fulfillment of the agreed indicators, and the involvement of beneficiaries.
The activities carried out by CeCOCe-Vest in 2025 within the national network of research career counseling and guidance centers contributed to strengthening interinstitutional cooperation and improving the services offered to researchers. Through exchanges of experience, coordination, and joint initiatives, the network is strengthening its role in supporting human resources development in research and in achieving the objectives set out in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
