In recent months, the Research Career Counseling and Guidance Center – Western Region has organized a series of interactive workshops and webinars designed to support students and young researchers in the process of self-discovery and career guidance.

💡Participants had the opportunity to find answers to important questions such as:

• What type of personality defines me?
• Do I think like a researcher?
• How can I leverage my strengths in my career?
• Do my interests match the requirements of the research field?

📊During the activities, we used psychological tools that are scientifically validated and approved by the Romanian College of Psychologists, giving each participant a personalized self-awareness experience, complemented by individual feedback and applied discussions.

🧠The workshops included personality tests, vocational interest questionnaires, and exercises on thinking styles—all in an interactive and friendly setting that encouraged reflection and exploration of career options in research.

📍The events took place at the West University of Timișoara in May and June, bringing together dozens of young people eager to better understand their professional profile.
