  1. Continuing professional development services dedicated to Romanian researchers in RDI institutions in Romania<\/strong> consists of running three continuing education programs:<\/li><\/ol>

    Program 1, “Identifying and accessing funds for research financing,” consists of three modules:<\/p>

    Module 1. Presentation of the European Commission’s research and innovation program, Horizon Europe.<\/p>

    Module 2. Presentation of the PN IV program (National Plan IV for Research, Development, and Innovation).<\/p>

    Module 3. Preparing and writing a grant application.<\/p>

    Program 2. “Transversal writing skills and data management in open science” consists of 3 modules.<\/p>

    Module 1. News and requirements in the open science paradigm (pre-registration, data management plan, open data analysis software, open access platforms for databases and manuscripts, open access to literature, etc.).<\/p>

    Module 2. Academic writing (manuscript preparation, journal identification, editorial relationship)<\/p>

    Module 3. Open topic (tailored to the needs and interests of participants).<\/p>

    Program 3. “Intellectual property and commercial exploitation of research results” consists of 2 modules:<\/p>

    Module 1. Intellectual property protection.<\/p>

    Module 2. Spin-off companies and commercialization of research results on the market.<\/p>
