1. Continuing professional development services dedicated to Romanian researchers in RDI institutions in Romania consists of running three continuing education programs:

Program 1, “Identifying and accessing funds for research financing,” consists of three modules:

Module 1. Presentation of the European Commission’s research and innovation program, Horizon Europe.

Module 2. Presentation of the PN IV program (National Plan IV for Research, Development, and Innovation).

Module 3. Preparing and writing a grant application.

Program 2. “Transversal writing skills and data management in open science” consists of 3 modules.

Module 1. News and requirements in the open science paradigm (pre-registration, data management plan, open data analysis software, open access platforms for databases and manuscripts, open access to literature, etc.).

Module 2. Academic writing (manuscript preparation, journal identification, editorial relationship)

Module 3. Open topic (tailored to the needs and interests of participants).

Program 3. “Intellectual property and commercial exploitation of research results” consists of 2 modules:

Module 1. Intellectual property protection.

Module 2. Spin-off companies and commercialization of research results on the market.
