🔬 The Center for Counseling and Career Guidance for Researchers – Western Region (CeCOCe-Vest) continues to promote science and research among young people through educational activities designed for pre-university students. Our goal is to stimulate curiosity, critical thinking, and an interest in research through interactive and accessible experiences. 🌍

📅 On May 31, 2026, as part of an early celebration of International Children’s Day, the CeCOCe-Vest team participated in an event for children and teenagers eager to discover the world through the lens of science.

Participants, along with their parents, were invited to test their knowledge in a science quiz, solving challenges as a team and learning about the latest scientific discoveries. The children also had the opportunity to complete a themed crossword puzzle, through which they explored concepts such as sustainable development and sustainability.

A special highlight of the activities was the imagination challenge posed to the children:
💡 “If you were a researcher for a day and could invent something to help people or the planet, what would you invent and why?”

Their answers demonstrated creativity, empathy, and an interest in finding solutions to the challenges of today’s world.

🧪 Through experiments, interactive demonstrations, and educational activities, the children were encouraged to ask questions, observe, experiment, and learn through play, discovering that research is an essential tool for understanding and transforming the world we live in.

🌟 Thank you to all the children, parents, and partners who joined us and contributed to the success of this event! Together, we continue to inspire future generations of researchers.
