Prof. Daniel Vizman, Ph.D., dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at the West University of Timișoara, discusses the Center of Excellence for High Energy Efficiency, a large-scale project coordinated by UVT that brings together leading universities and research institutes in Romania.
The project is part of the COEX 2024 Centers of Excellence competition, in the climate, energy, and mobility category, and aims to develop a scientific community capable of working at the international level on cutting-edge topics: advanced materials, alternative energy sources, solar cells, batteries, the optimization of charging systems, and the transfer of ideas from research to practical applications.
